5-Step Customisation Process
1 – DIALOGUE WITH CLIENT
OfficeLine Products send out a team to meet with the customers. This team generate a product brief, outlining the customer’s requirements and preferences.
2 – DESIGN 3D IMAGERY & PRICING
A 3D design/illustration is created to provide the customer with an insight into what their product will look like and how it will be made to function. From this an accurate pricing can be achieved and delivered to the customer.
3 – CREATE A PROTOTYPE
When the design has been approved, a prototype may be required to allow OfficeLine Products and the customer to test the product.
4 – PHYSICAL TESTS & TRIALS
Physical tests and durability trials ensure that we are always providing a high quality product, made to last, whilst at the same time nullifying all health and safety hazards. The product is then presented to the customer, to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the product.
5 – FINAL APPROVAL
One final approval is required from the customer, demonstrating that they are happy with the customised product. As soon as approval is given, the manufacturing can commence. This ensures the customer receives a customised product that is suitable to their needs in a reasonable timeframe.
